The MKP is an intensive course for shaping, strengthening and toning the entire body. After a short warm-up you will go for just under 50 minutes in the strengthening. With dumbbells or kettlebells a variety of muscle groups are trained. Exercises like Squats, Lunges, Chest Flys, Triceps Kickbacks and much more are used. Drive is through good beats and adrenaline. Finally you will stretch your hole body in the cooldown and relax. The main focus is on functional strengthening exercises. Training is done in each unit with different devices. Balance pads, kettlebells, dumbbells, Therabänder and other materials can be used. Above all there is also set to exercises with your own body weight.
For the course you need a functional sport outfit, a towel and plenty to drink!
Please note that the course is limited to 25 participants!
All participants can register online. Students can take part in the course free of charge with proof of their student ID. Just like servants with a staff card. External people can buy a user card at the university sports office or pay the day ticket (€ 2.30).
The registration is always one week in advance for the next appointment unlocked. If you have booked a place and then you notice that you dont have time anymore, please give the place free again! The link can be found in the confirmation email for the booking.
