With core+ training, you can look forward to an extensive program to strengthen and move the entire body , like the + says. However e focus primarily on wthe "core" - the middle of the body. The main focus is on exercises for the abdominal, back and core muscles with your own body weight. After a short warm-up with motivating music, we set a different focus every week. In addition to strengthening, there are also variable exercises to activate high-speed strength. Each session ends with flexibility exercises derived from yoga. The level will be adapted to the course participant, so you don't have to worry about not being able to keep up!
At the end you have a complete program for a strengthened body with each unit.
