The aim of the course is to have a back-friendly behavior for everyday life and a placement of tips that act preventively against back problems. In addition to strengthening exercises for the back and abdominal muscles, stretching and relaxation exercises are performed. In addition, body awareness is trained and basic anatomical knowledge conveyed. It works a lot with music. Relaxation phases in between and at the end may of course not be missing.
The lesson starts with a warm-up program and mobilization exercises. Thereafter, targeted exercises for the back and abdominal muscles are carried out for prevention. To compensate for muscular imbalances and bad postures, we also use devices such as ligaments or dumbbells. Stretching exercises and a relaxation session finish the lesson.
