Sportartspezifische Infos:
Hockey ist das Spiel der Olympiasieger - denn in Deutschland ist Hockey die erfolgreichste Ballsportart überhaupt. Ab diesem Semester hast auch Du die Möglichkeit, dich im Hockey auszuprobieren. Hockey wird in der Regel mit zwei Halbzeiten und einer Halbzeitpause gespielt. Beim Feldhockey spielen jeweils 10 Feldspieler und ein Torwart gegeneinander auf einem Kunstrasenplatz. Das Ziel ist es, den Ball in das 2,14 m hohe Tot zu schießen, wobei der Ball nur mit der flachen Seite des Schlägers gespielt werden und der Torschuss nur in dem vor dem Tor markierten Schusskreis erfolgen darf. Beim Feldhockey werden Konzentration, Geschicklichkeit, Reaktionsfähigkeit, Kreativität und die technischen sowie taktischen Fähigkeiten ausgebildet.
Umfang des Kurses:
In unserem Grundkurs (GK) lernst du du die grundlegenden Techniken des Sports kennen.
Anmeldebedingungen GK:
Dieser Kurs ist für Studierende und Mitarbeitende kostenfrei nutzbar! Sie müssen sich allerdings wöchentlich für einen Termin anmelden.
Externe können mit einer HSP-Tagescard oder der HSP-Card teilnehmen. Zusätzlich benötigen sie ebenfalls eine wöchtenliche Anmeldung für den Kurs.

Field hockey is the game of Olympic champions - because in Germany, field hockey is the most successful ball sport of all. Starting this semester, you too have the opportunity to try your hand at field hockey. Field hockey is usually played with two halves and a half-time break. In field field hockey, 10 field players and a goalie play against each other on an artificial turf field. The goal is to shoot the ball into the 2.14 m high dead, using only the flat side of the stick, and the goal shot may only be taken in the shooting circle marked in front of the goal. Field field hockey develops concentration, skill, reaction, creativity, and both technical and tactical abilities.

In our basic course (GK) you will learn the basic techniques of the sport.
Enrollment requirements GK: This course is free of charge for students and employees! However, you must register for a weekly session.
External students can participate with a daily pass or the HSP-Card. In addition, they also need a weekly registration for the course.
