Sportartspezifische Infos:

Lacrosse ist eine Mannschaftssportart und gehört zu den Ballsportarten. Gespielt wird mit einem Lacrosseschläger (auch Stick genannt) und mit einem Ball aus Hartgummi. Lacrosse gilt als schnellste Ballsportart der Welt und fordert hohe Konzentration und Schnelligkeit. Ursprünglich kommt der Sport aus Nordamerika und wurde von den Ureinwohnern gespielt. Lacrosse ist eine Kombination von vielen verschiedener Sportarten wie Feldhockey und Eishockey. Aspekte vom Basketball und Football lassen sich auch wiederfinden.

Umfang des Kurses:

In unserem Grundkurs (GK) lernst du du die grundlegenden Techniken des Lacrosse kennen. Ziel ist es, ein Gefühl für den Schläger zu bekommen um mit ihm passen, fangen und schießen zu können. Für Schläger ist gesorgt.

Dieser Kurs ist für Studierende und Mitarbeitende kostenfrei und ohne Anmeldung nutzbar!

Externe können mit einer HSP-Tagescard oder der HSP-Card teilnehmen.

Lacrosse is a team sport and belongs to the ball sports. It is played with a lacrosse stick and a ball made of hard rubber. Lacrosse is considered the fastest ball sport in the world and requires high concentration and speed. Originally, the sport comes from North America and was played by Native Americans. Lacrosse is a combination of many different sports like field field hockey and ice hockey. Aspects of basketball and football can also be found.

Scope of the course:

In our basic course (GK) you will learn the basic techniques of lacrosse. The goal is to get a feel for the stick and to be able to pass, catch and shoot with it. Sticks are provided.

Registration Requirements GK:

This course is free of charge for students and employees and can be used without registration!

External students can participate with a day pass or the HSP-Card.
