Do you want an all-round package that keeps you physically and mentally strong and healthy?
Then this course is just right for you! With a varied program of fitness exercises, stability training, HIIT and yoga, you'll feel better after this class.
Motivated by electronic beats, we power ourselves out in the first half. The focus is on strengthening the core (abdomen, back but also the rest of the body).
In the second part, we then relax with yoga and stretching exercises to ensure that body and mind are completely balanced.
All you need is comfortable, sporty clothing and something to drink.
You don't need any previous experience, everyone is welcome!
