Beim Flag Football handelt es sich um eine kontaktarme Variante des American Football. Der gegnerische Spieler wird hier nicht durch ein Tackle, sondern durch das Entreißen eines Fähnchens, der Flag, aus dem Gürtel gestoppt. Dabei bleibt der Grundgedanke des Spiels erhalten, so dass Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten wie Ausdauer, Schnelligkeit und das Werfen und Fangen des Balles, weiterhin abgefragt werden. Wir laden euch ein, unabhängig von eurem Könnensstand, diese spannende Form des American Football auszuprobieren.
In unserem Grundkurs (GK) lernst du du die grundlegenden Techniken des Flag Football kennen.

Flag football is a low-contact variation of American football. Here, the opposing player is stopped not by a tackle, but by snatching a flag from his belt. The basic idea of the game remains the same, so that skills and abilities such as endurance, speed and throwing and catching the ball, are still tested. We invite you, regardless of your skill level, to try this exciting form of American Football.
In our Basic Course (GK), you will learn the basic techniques of flag football.
