Flag Football ist die kontaktarme Variante des American Football - schnell, taktisch und voller Teamgeist! Anstatt durch ein Tackling wird der gegnerische Spieler durch das Abziehen einer Flagge gestoppt. Der Spielgedanke bleibt derselbe: Passen, Fangen, Laufen und Punkte erzielen. Dabei sind Schnelligkeit, Ausdauer, Koordination und Teamplay gefragt.
Egal ob Anfänger*in oder mit Erfahrung - wir laden dich ein, diese spannende, faire und actionreiche Version des American Football auszuprobieren!
Im Grundkurs (GK) lernst du die zentralen Techniken des Flag Footballs kennen: Passen, Fangen, strategische Laufwege und die wichtigsten Spielregeln.
