Gongkwon Yusul ist ein modernes koreanisches Selbstverteidigungssystem, das Techniken aus Hebel-, Wurf- und Bodenkampfsystemen miteinander verbindet. Im Mittelpunkt des Trainings stehen praxisnahe Selbstverteidigungstechniken sowie ein sicheres und kontrolliertes Anwenden der erlernten Bewegungen.
Der Grundkurs (GK) richtet sich an alle Interessierten ohne Vorkenntnisse. Vermittelt werden grundlegende Fall-, Befreiungs-, Kontroll- und Bodentechniken sowie einfache Verteidigungsstrategien für verschiedene Alltagssituationen. Ein besonderer Fokus wird auf die Selbstverteidigung gelegt. Darüber hinaus werden Koordination, Beweglichkeit, Kraft und Körperkontrolle geschult.
Besonderer Wert wird auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander, kontrolliertes Training und die Sicherheit aller Teilnehmenden gelegt. Fairness und gegenseitige Unterstützung stehen stets im Mittelpunkt.
GK: Grundkenntnisse werden im GK vermittelt. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
Sprache: Alle Kurse werden auf Deutsch geleitet.

Course Description:
Gongkwon Yusul is a modern Korean self-defense system that combines techniques from joint-lock, throwing, and ground fighting systems. The training focuses on practical self-defense techniques as well as the safe and controlled application of the movements learned.
The Basic Course (GK) is designed for anyone interested in the art who has no prior experience. The course teaches basic takedown, escape, control, and ground techniques, as well as simple self-defense strategies for various everyday situations. Special emphasis is placed on self-defense. In addition, the course helps develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and body control.
Special emphasis is placed on treating one another with respect, controlled training, and the safety of all participants. Fairness and mutual support are always at the forefront.
GK: Basic skills are taught in the GK course. No prior knowledge is required.
Language: All courses are conducted in German.
