In diesem Sommer bieten wir wieder eine Wellenreitkursreise an. Es geht nach Südfrankreich, genau gesagt nach St. Girons Plage an der Atlantikkünste südlich von Bordeaux.
Wann?
Hinfahrt: Selbstanreise nach Frankfurt am Main! Ab da nachmittags mit dem Bus am 02.08.2024 mit Ankunft am 03.08.2024 in St. Girons Plage
Rückreisestart: am 10.08.2024 mit Ankunft in Oldenburg am 11.08.2024.
Wo?
Das Camp der Kölner Surfschule liegt in einem idyllischen Pinienwald unmittelbar am Meer. Die Lage ist einmalig: vom Camp über die Düne direkt in die Wellen!
Campausstattung: Unterbringung maximal zu zweit in geräumigen Tunnelzelten mit Einzel- oder Doppelkabinen, bequeme Schlafmatten, Küchen- und Aufenthaltszelte (Tische, Bänke).
Was wird geboten?
Es wird an 6 Tagen je ein vierstündiger Surfkurs von ausgebildeten Trainer_innen angeboten. Neben der praktischen Einführung werden auch Kenntnisse über Gezeiten, Strömungen, Wetter- und Wellenbedingungen vermittelt. Fortgeschrittene erhalten individuelle Bewegungstipps und Video-Coaching. Surfboards und Neoprenanzüge stehen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus gibt's Beachvolleyball, Surffilme auf Großleinwand, BBQ, Sonnenuntergänge etc. satt.
Verpflegung
Außer am Anreisetag werdet ihr ansonsten vollverpflegt. Dies beinhaltet jeweils ein Frühstücksbuffet, ein selbstgemachtes Lunchpaket sowie ein 3-Gänge-Abendessen inklusive Tischgetränk. Am Anreisetag sowie am ersten Sonntag erhaltet ihr zusätzlich ein Frühstücksbuffet. Für das Abendessen am Anreisetag könnt ihr problemlos im nahe gelegenen Ort Essen gehen oder mit der Gruppe im Surfcamp etwas kochen.

Information:
Unfortunately, all bus seats from Oldenburg are already reserved. However, the provider "Wellenreisen" offers 10 additional bus seats from the long-distance train station of Frankfurt Airport. So you will have to travel to Frankfurt independently! The exact departure time from Frankfurt will be communicated at a later date and is expected to be after 3:30 PM. You can return to Oldenburg by bus as usual! Please note the standard cancellation conditions.
This summer, we are once again offering a surfing course trip. We will be heading to South France, specifically to St. Girons Plage on the Atlantic coast, south of Bordeaux.
When?
Departure: Self-travel to Frankfurt am Main! From there, by bus in the afternoon on August 2nd, 2024, arriving at St. Girons Plage on August 3rd, 2024.
Return journey: Starts on 10.08.2024, arriving in Oldenburg on 11.08.2024.
Where?
The camp of the Cologne Surf School is located in an idyllic pine forest right by the sea. The location is unique: from the camp, directly over the dunes into the waves!
Camp facilities: Accommodation is in spacious tunnel tents for a maximum of two people, with single or double cabins, comfortable sleeping mats, kitchen, and lounge tents (tables, benches).
What's included?
There will be a four-hour surfing course offered by trained instructors on 6 days. In addition to practical training, knowledge about tides, currents, weather, and wave conditions will be provided. Advanced surfers will receive individual movement tips and video coaching. Surfboards and wetsuits are available. In addition, there will be beach volleyball, surfing movies on a big screen, BBQ, sunsets, and more.
Meals
Except on the arrival day, you will be provided with full board. This includes a breakfast buffet, a homemade packed lunch, and a 3-course dinner including table drinks. On the arrival day and the first Sunday, you will also receive an additional breakfast buffet. For dinner on the arrival day, you can easily eat out in the nearby town or cook something with the group in the surf camp.
