Es muss nur der normale Schwimmbadeintritt entrichtet werden und es ist keine Anmeldung erforderlich.
Aquadrom heißt sich im Wasser bei 1,30m tiefen Wasser nach fetziger Musik zu bewegen. Gedacht für alle, die unter Baden gehen nicht nur schwimmen verstehen, sondern sich im Wasser auch mal anders bewegen und austoben möchten. Schwimmfähigkeit ist keine Voraussetzung für diesen offenen Kurs.
Da der Kurs im großen Bad mit stattfindet, werdet ihr ordentlich angeheizt und auf Temperaturen gebracht. Mit diesem Kurs hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Fitness auf variationsreiche Art und Weise zu verbessern. Dabei ist der Sport im Wasser durch den Wasserauftrieb besonders gelenkschonend und fördert gleichzeitig durch den Wasserwiderstand Muskelkraft und Ausdauer.

Aquadrom means to move in the water at 1,30m depth to groovy music. It is intended for all those who do not only understand swimming as going for a swim, but also want to move and let off steam in the water in a different way. Swimming ability is not a prerequisite for this open course.
Since the course takes place in the large pool, you will be properly heated and brought up to temperature. With this course you have the possibility to improve your fitness in a varied way. The sport in the water is particularly easy on the joints due to the buoyancy of the water and at the same time promotes muscle strength and endurance due to the water resistance.
