Hockey ist Deutschlands erfolgreichste olympische Ballsportart – und ab diesem Semester kannst du selbst durchstarten!
Gespielt wird auf Kunstrasen mit 10 Feldspieler*innen und einem Torwart pro Team. Tore zählen nur aus dem Schusskreis – Präzision, Tempo und Teamplay sind gefragt.
Feldhockey stärkt Technik, Reaktionsfähigkeit, Spielintelligenz und Teamgeist.
Im Grundkurs lernst du die Basics und sammelst erste Spielerfahrung – ideal für Einsteiger*innen und Sportbegeisterte.

Played on artificial turf with 10 field players and a goalkeeper per team, goals only count when scored from inside the shooting circle – so precision, speed, and teamwork are key.
Field hockey improves technical skills, reaction time, game awareness, and team spirit.
In our beginner course, you’ll learn the fundamentals and gain your first playing experience – perfect for students of all skill levels.
