Gespielt wird das Endzonenspiel mit einer Frisbeescheibe, Fairplay wird groß geschrieben. Alle grundlegenden Würfe sind schnell erlernt, so dass es zügig losgehen kann.
In unserem Grundkurs (GK) lernst du du die grundlegenden Techniken des Ultimate Frisbee kennen und es wird viel gespielt.
Die Freie Spielzeit (FZ) ist geeignet für Interessierte, die bereits den GK absolviert haben oder Interesse haben, ohne Anleitung durch einen Übungsleitenden zu spielen.
Dieser Kurs ist für Studierende und Mitarbeitende kostenfrei und ohne Anmeldung nutzbar!
