Du hast Lust auf einen laufintensiven Mannschaftssport, in dem Du Dich richtig austoben kannst? Dann bist Du bei Ultimate genau richtig! Gespielt wird das Endzonenspiel mit einer Frisbeescheibe, Fairplay wird groß geschrieben. Alle grundlegenden Würfe sind schnell erlernt, so dass es zügig losgehen kann.
In unserem Grundkurs (GK) lernst du du die grundlegenden Techniken des Ultimate Frisbee kennen und es wird viel gespielt.
Die Freie Spielzeit (FZ) ist geeignet für Interessierte, die bereits den GK absolviert haben oder Interesse haben, ohne Anleitung durch einen Übungsleitenden zu spielen.
Dieser Kurs ist für Studierende und Mitarbeitende kostenfrei und ohne Anmeldung nutzbar!

Are you in the mood for a running-intensive team sport where you can really let loose? Then Ultimate is the right choice for you! The end zone game is played with a Frisbee and fair play is very important. All basic throws are quickly learned, so that you can quickly get started.
In our basic course (GK) you will learn the basic techniques of Ultimate Frisbee and there will be a lot of playing.
The Free Play Time (FZ) is suitable for those who have already completed the GK or are interested in playing without the guidance of a practice instructor.
This course is free of charge for students and employees and can be used without registration!
External guests need a HSP-Card or a Daily Ticket.
