Gespielt wird das Endzonenspiel mit einer Frisbeescheibe, und Fairplay steht immer an erster Stelle. Alle grundlegenden Würfe sind schnell erlernt, sodass es rasch ins Spiel gehen kann.
Im Grundkurs (GK) lernst du die Basis-Techniken des Ultimate Frisbee und hast viel Gelegenheit, das Gelernte direkt im Spiel umzusetzen.
Die Freie Spielzeit (FZ) eignet sich für alle, die den GK bereits absolviert haben oder einfach ohne Anleitung spielen möchten.

Looking for a fast-paced team sport where you can really let off some steam? Ultimate Frisbee is just the game for you! Played as an end-zone disc game, it emphasizes fair play at all times. All the basic throws are easy to learn, so you can jump into the action quickly.
In the Beginner Course (GK), you’ll learn the fundamental techniques of Ultimate Frisbee and get plenty of time to practice them in real gameplay.
The Open Play (FZ) session is perfect for those who have already completed the GK or simply want to play independently, without guidance from an instructor.
